OUR MINISTRY

MAMA JO’S, INC. is a 501 (c) (3) non -profit ministry that works with other organizations, and ministries that have the desire to help change the lives of those that have the desire for change. Our worldwide ministry offers workshops, seminars, conferences, and Gospel concerts, ECT. This ministry has been in existence since 1984, founded by Dr. Roslynn L. Guyton.

We not only work with churches and other organizations, but also schools, juveniles courts and truancy programs such as A. S.A. P. (Absence Student Assistant Program) and other youth programs. Our Faith based-counseling program has also been a great success. Our counselors are experienced, trained, and dedicated in working with youth at risk and their families. Our counseling division offers services to individuals, groups, families, and children that seek to change their lives for the better. Through this GOD-Powered ministry, children are no longer at risk and families are finding a new and productive way of living in today’s society! This ministry has provided a new profound way of reaching and changing the lives of those whom many have given-up on. We know that where there is GOD there will be change.

Through our poetic and theatrical music ministry, we are helping the youth and adults to find a prolific way of expressing themselves, and also, improving their reading, comprehension, communication skills, and learning discipline. However, most of all giving them skills, and the ability to deal with society and personal pressures. We are more than excited because of what GOD is doing and we count this “calling” a privilege to be chosen.
